The 3-Month Momentum Program is designed to build a mindset of momentum and growth. You’ll experience lasting transformation in your relationship with food, stress, and your body through Buddhist mindfulness practices, meditation, and personalized coaching. Develop sustainable habits that keep you moving forward, no matter what challenges arise.

This is not a diet, this program is anti-diet — instead, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan (optional) that is completely about you, that honors your lifestyle, body, and preferences. How the Program Works
Over the next 3 months, you’ll receive:
Private Coaching Sessions
(1 per month)
Personalized, one-on-one coaching to uncover and shift old patterns that have been blocking your progress. Together, we’ll create a customized action plan that aligns with your goals and builds momentum each week.
Live Group Coaching Calls
(1 per month)
Join a supportive, like-minded community to explore mindfulness tools, share your progress, and find encouragement from others.
Guided Meditation Practice
Each week you’ll have access to a short meditation practice to help you connect with your body, reduce stress, and make conscious, aligned decisions. These sessions will guide you toward a deeper awareness of your beliefs, thought patterns, and cravings, so you can understand and release what’s been holding you back all these years.
Buddhist Mindfulness Framework
Each week in the community, we’ll introduce a Buddhist mindfulness principle to give you a different perspective and create a nourishing environment for your growth. These principles will guide you toward cultivating greater awareness, compassion, and clarity, essential for transforming your relationship with food, stress, and your body.
Personalized Nutrition Plan
On your first private coaching call you’ll work with your coach to create a nutrition plan designed specifically for your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. This plan embraces a whole body, whole heart approach, where you’ll explore the true impact of food on your body, emotions, and well-being. This is not a diet or restrictive eating plan, instead our approach encourages bringing conscious awareness to the food-mood connection, provides education on portion sizes and what food does in the body, and focuses on food as a resource and a pleasure.
Ongoing Accountability & Support
You’ll have access to a private community of like-minded individuals, all engaged in this work, where you can share your wins, ask your coach questions, and connect with others on a similar journey. This supportive space is hosted on a private platform and app, ensuring you have ongoing access to resources, encouragement, and insights. The community provides an inclusive, human-centered, no-BS space to support your growth, stay accountable, and celebrate your progress.
