The Conscious Reset
3- Month Program
Designed to help you navigate the overwhelm, fatigue, and stress that arise from living through uncertain times.Â
You've been running on autopilot, reacting to the chaos and just trying to survive what each day brings. Stress eating, numbing out, overworking, or shutting down. Â
These aren't things to be ashamed of; they're necessary strategies you've been using to cope with a world that feels increasingly unstable.
Retreating into the patterns you think will keep you safe- but are really keeping you afraid and disconnected- isn’t an option anymore. You have more power over your fearthan you realize!Â
Now is the perfect time!
The world is changing around us. We have the choice to reconnect to ourself and stand in our power, or allow fear to destroy our quality of life, our strength, and our resilience.Â
Â
The Conscious Reset isn't about "fixing" your life, it's about reconnecting to the deep well of inner wisdom that's within all of us.Â
It's about building new skills to recognize what's happening in your body and mind when you feel stressed and overwhelmed, and developing tools to help you access your inner resources like compassion, joy, and strength.Â
The Conscious Reset is designed to help you navigate the overwhelm, fatigue, and stress that are all-consuming right now.
Over the course of three months, you'll develop awareness skills for stress reduction and emotional regulation, and gain momentum towards your goals long after the program ends.
What's The Conscious Reset?
- A course rooted in ancient Buddhist philosophy for understanding how to hold the grief and joy of being human with presence and care.
- Research-based behavior science program aimed at changing habits according to our neurobiology and physiology.Â
- A completely differente approach than anything you've tried, not a superficial wellness class about willpower or discipline!Â
Through the Conscious Reset framework of Buddhist philosophy, meditation, and health coaching, you'll learn to wake up inside your patterns, create space for stillness and presence, and use daily purposeful actions to anchor you in the midst of all this uncertainty.Â
What you'll gain from this program
1. Reconnect with Your Inner Wisdom
Learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that help you recognize what you're feeling before it drives destructive behavior. These aren't abstract practices, they're tools for calming your nervous system, seeing stress patterns in real-time, and emotional building resilience in everyday life.Â
2. Discover What Practices Nourish You
Using a mix of one-one coaching and self-inquiry, you'll uncover what you genuinely need right now to feel supported, grounded, and cared for. Whether that's starting a movement practice, better time management, or prioritizing sleep- together we'll build a personal action plan to help you take purposeful steps towards your goals.Â
3. Learn the Language of Your Body
You'll learn the language of your body through emotions, physical sensations, and the behavior patterns you've been practicing. You'll learn what it means to meet yourself where you are right now, to release what's been keeping you stuck, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and self-trust.
4. Anchoring in the Chaos
Feel more centered, calm, and present, even when the world feels unstable. Learn to hold your own suffering and the suffering of the world with greater wisdom, clarity, and self-compassion. When you see clearly, you can choose differently. This is the foundation of sustainable change.
5. Emotional Regulation and Stress Reduction
Interrupt stress-driven patterns you've been using to cope like stress eating, substance use, compulsive shopping, overworking. You'll develop the awareness to recognize what's actually happening before these behaviors take over, and practice small actions to rewire your response to stress and uncertainty.Â
6. Self-Trust and Compassion
Let go of self-judgment and cultivate a sense of self-trust and momentum through daily purposeful actions. You’ll start making decisions from a place of deep understanding, aligned with your true desires and long-term goals.
7. Sustainable, Lasting Momentum
You don't need to overhaul your entire life, you need to develop the capacity to identify what beliefs, thoughts, and actions are no longer serving you, and what to do next! Whether it's your relationship with food, stress, or achieving health and fitness goals, you’ll learn a structure that supports long-term growth and progress long after the program ends.Â
The Conscious Rest is for you if...
- You're overwhelmed by the chaos and uncertainty in the world right now and feel exhausted, unmoored, or like you're just trying to survive each day
- You're running on autopilot and reacting to stress with patterns you can't seem to break: stress eating, numbing out, overworking, or behaviors that leave you feeling disconnected
- You've tried willpower and discipline but nothing sticks. You keep ending up back in the same cycles and you're ready to understand why instead of just trying harder
- You want to show up present & grounded for yourself and your loved ones, but you're struggling to find the capacity amidst the heaviness
- You're curious about Buddhist philosophy and want practical, embodied tools for navigating suffering, uncertainty, and change.
- You believe change is possible but you need guidance on how to create sustainable momentum towards your goals without overhauling your entire life
- You want personal support and community, you're tired of struggling alone. You're ready to be seen, held, and encouraged by others who get it
- You're looking for a different approach to health that includes all sizes, genders, races, and meets everyone in their humanity, instead of the whitewashed wellness culture that's just another vehicle promoting conformity and shame. Â
