Over three months, each enrolled employee receives:

Private Coaching Sessions

(1 call per month)

Personalized one-on-one coaching to uncover individual patterns and build a custom action plan. These sessions create space for deeper personal growth and tailored accountability.

Live Group Coaching Calls

(1 call per month)

 Facilitated group sessions where employees reflect, ask questions, and receive guidance alongside peers. These calls build the community connection that helps people feel supported, seen, and less isolated. 

Guided Meditation Practice

Short, accessible meditations delivered each week to help employees reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and bring more calm and clarity to their days.

A Framework of Mindfulness

A practical 3 month framework based on Buddhist mindfulness principles to help employees build awareness, compassion, and perspective over time.

Ongoing Accountability & Support

Meghan Crutchley (they/them) is a queer Conscious Behavior Change Coach, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, international speaker, and educator with over a decade of experience in mindfulness-based behavior change. 

Meghan holds a Master’s in Education and a B.A. in Buddhist Studies from Smith College. Their work blends behavioral science, meditation, and mindfulness philosophy into a practical, research-backed framework that offers tools for real life. 

Meghan believes sustainable change starts with self-trust, not self-improvement, and that workplaces thrive when employees feel genuinely seen, supported, and equipped to navigate difficulty with clarity and skill.
